Dear Gabi San:
The second and third lines make the haiku great: it is spiritually loaded and require understanding of Buddhahood as much as the effort for achieving it. It requires a great objectivity to realise that one is only half-enlightened!

I love whenever you write on Buddha.

winter sunset —
warming up Buddha
by early arati

Arati
is a traditional prayer with lamp taking round round in front
of the deity. After this offering in the evening god is not
disturbed, for it is believed that Lord goes to sleep.
