in another heavy snowfall !!
In my memory February is the month of really heavy snowfall in Japan. The few times I flew there in February the airport had to close every time just before we arrived so that we had to divert and land somewhere else for a few hours before trying again.
I hope it clears up for you soon, Gabi san!
