11. Content license from you

Wait... does this mean that any poems shared on a Google powered list (such as a haiku list) will then become the property of Google to distribute as they see fit?
If that is the case I think further posts to this list that have haiku in them then become problematic.

Hate to impose, but this is a subject that has troubled me for some time.... what do you know, if anything, on how to protect our 'art' ......... is © sufficient, or no. To me, this is tantamount to pirating a musicians songs, or a software firms software. This one is worth the fight!

This is very serious. How do they do so when we have not signed any such contract with them? Is it by going through or submitting to WHC that they get the right? It must be everbody's concern and the problem, if it really exists, should be properly addressed to the right persons.
